This grill has two teeth on one side. One tooth has a heart-shaped window, while the other is open-faced. You can choose whether you want the grill for the top or the bottom, and whether you prefer it on the left or right side. A design form comes with the mold kit to select your preferred teeth.

Included are instructions on how to take an impression and a return label to ship your kit back. Your custom grillz will be mailed to you in 7-10 business days after we receive the mold kit.
