How do I take my dental impressions at home?
Once you place an order, we ship a professional-grade mold kit to your door. Follow the included step-by-step instructions to create your impression and mail it back to our lab using the prepaid label.
What materials do you use for your grillz?
We use premium materials including 10k, 14k, and 18k solid gold, as well as high-quality .925 sterling silver. All our stones are hand-set VVS simulated diamonds or authentic natural diamonds depending on your selection.
How long does it take to receive my custom order?
The standard production time is 7-14 business days after we receive your dental impressions. Once finished, we ship via insured express delivery which typically takes 2-3 business days.
Are the grillz removable or permanent?
All Grillz Masters products are designed as removable fashion accessories. They are custom-fitted to snap onto your teeth securely without the need for dental adhesives or permanent alterations.
What is your return policy on custom jewelry?
Because each piece is custom-made to fit your specific dental profile, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. However, we offer a fit guarantee and will provide one free adjustment if your piece does not fit perfectly.
How do I clean and maintain my grillz?
We recommend cleaning your grillz after every use with a soft cloth and non-abrasive jewelry cleaner. Avoid eating, smoking, or drinking acidic beverages while wearing them to maintain the metal's luster.
